Our AGM is due to take place on Sunday December 4th at 7pm in the Hamlet Court Hotel.

There are a number of positions to be filled, so if you would like to join the committee or nominate somebody, please return the nomination form by email no later than 8pm, Wednesday 30th November.
The closing date for any motions is also Wednesday November 30th by 8pm. Motions should be sent to this email address, in order to be put to a vote on the night.
The minutes from the 2021 AGM will be circulated before the meeting and taken as read on the evening.
